named Texas Aero Engine Services, Ltd. This successful joint venture employs 200 mechanics at American Airlines' Ft. Worth, Texas facility and reflects US$1.4 Billion in annual revenue - - $900 Million of which is American Airline's own engines repair and overhaul activity. The balance US$500 Million revenue being work enjoyed from other carriers' equipment which Rolls Royce contributes to the JV service base. JV ownership was structured to be 50% + 50%. We assisted Rolls Royce by referral from successful past activity with Boeing and GE Jet Engines.
